Pyrolysis Technical Lab

Here you will find information about our technical facilities and machinery, which are divided into the Feed Preparation Lab, the Pyrolysis Plant, and the Lab-scale Reactors.

Feed Preparation Lab:
In this area, the pretreatment of plastic waste takes place prior to pyrolysis. The machines range from shredders to agglomeration machines, transforming the waste into suitable feedstock.

Pyrolysis Plant:
The pyrolysis plant features a screw reactor capable of pyrolyzing up to 1 kg/h of plastic waste of various compositions.

Lab-scale Reactors:
The laboratory facilities include a stirred tank reactor, a two-stage fixed bed reactor with continuous dosing, and a fractional vacuum distillation unit.
